Matt Bartkowski practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and workplace injury/workers’ compensation. His experience includes general and civil trial practice, federal practice, workers’ compensation, insurance, negligence, and construction accidents.
Matt has spent over 20 years working with individuals who have been injured as a result of an accident. He takes pride in giving each client the time and attention they need while pursuing a claim for their injuries. Matt’s experience, dedication, and perseverance in the pursuit of justice for his client’s rights are evident in the way he handles each client’s case. He is an advocate for his clients whether negotiating a fair settlement with the insurance company or pursuing a case through litigation to trial in the courtroom.
Matt also acts as a mediator and arbitrator for personal injury cases. He is a Certified Superior Court Mediator in the State of Delaware.
Matt is a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, Delaware Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He volunteers to act as guardian ad litem through the Office of the Child Advocate. Matt is also a lawyer coach for the Newark Charter High School Mock Trial Team.
