Chase views each case as an opportunity to provide his clients with exceptional representation by advocating on their behalf and achieving the best result. By representing folks that have been injured through no fault of their own, Chase has developed substantial experience in navigating the complicated world of insurance. This includes working with doctors and adjusters to make sure that a client's medical bills and lost wages are paid on time, and negotiating with adjusters and defense counsel to recover damages for physical pain and suffering or permanent injuries.

Regardless of the type of accident or the nature of the injuries, Chase has proven he can achieve incredible results for his clients. Some of his past successes include:

• $13 Million verdict in Bailey v. Beebe, a nursing home abuse case;

• Several confidential multi-million dollar settlements in motor vehicle accident cases, trucking cases, and nursing home cases; and

• Substantial confidential settlements in workplace accident and motorcycle cases.

Chase has tried cases throughout the State of Delaware in all courts and has successfully argued before the Delaware Supreme Court.
